Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be in writing. If the lessee withdraws from the contract or does not occupy the leased property, a reasonable compensation for the loss of rent shall be paid in the event that the leased property could not be otherwise occupied or the rental income generated is lower. The replacement for the rental loss is: Up to 45 days before the rental period, a processing fee of 10% of the rental price, but at least € 49.00 must be paid.

About 900 meters from the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, you have the opportunity to explore the dikes, beaches, salt marshes and forests of the area on foot and by bike. Through the Watt'n bath, the tide-independent outdoor-, wave- and indoor- pool, you have the opportunity to swim and relax by an in the water in every season.
Getting there
Located directly on the sea, Dorum-Neufeld is best reached by car via the A27 motorway. Take the exit Neuenwalde and follow the signs about six kilometers to Dorum, arrived in the village, follow the signs to Dorum-Neufeld, which you will also reach after about six kilometers.
If you arrive by train, please get off at Dorum, from there take a taxi or use the bus connection to Dorum-Neufeld.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, welches liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es absolut an nichts!
Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Spielplatz. Von der Terrasse aus hat man die Kids super im Blick! Wenn man sich etwas vom Spielplatzgeschehen abschotten möchte, hat man die Möglichkeit einen Sichtschutz auszuziehen. Hier wurde an alles gedacht!
Sehr nette Vermieter. Jegliche Kommunikation lief reibungslos.
Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
