You leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the untouched nature of the most beautiful part of the island of Rügen, the peninsula Mönchgut. Nevertheless, you have the opportunity to cycle to Baabe, Sellin and Göhren. Alternatively you can go by car to Binz, in the over decades become known spas. The nature invites to relaxing walks, in the 300m distant sandy Bodden beach for swimming. Here every day is weekend.

Cancellation fees / withdrawal from the contract
Contract resolutions can only be made by mutual agreement of both partners.
In the case of your resignation, we can demand lump-sum cancellation fees, in which we have taken into account saved expenses as well as any other possible occupancy of the object.
If the customer withdraws, the following conditions apply:
· With a resignation until the 61st day before beginning of occupation 50, -Euro.
· If you withdraw from the 60th to the 35th day before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the room rate.
· In the case of a withdrawal from the 34th day up to the day before occupancy 80% of the overnight price.
· In the case of no-show or cancellation after the start of the journey, 90% of the overnight stay price will be due or can not be refunded.
You will be given the opportunity to prove to us that damage has either not occurred at all or at a lower level.
