Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees / withdrawal from the contract
Contract resolutions can only be made by mutual agreement of both partners.
In the case of your resignation, we can demand lump-sum cancellation fees, in which we have taken into account saved expenses as well as any other possible occupancy of the object.
If the customer withdraws, the following conditions apply:
· With a resignation until the 61st day before beginning of occupation 50, -Euro.
· If you withdraw from the 60th to the 35th day before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the room rate.
· In the case of a withdrawal from the 34th day up to the day before occupancy 80% of the overnight price.
· In the case of no-show or cancellation after the start of the journey, 90% of the overnight stay price will be due or can not be refunded.
You will be given the opportunity to prove to us that damage has either not occurred at all or at a lower level.

Host informationIn 2012, we built the holiday home with much effort, time and love. The claim was always to build as if you yourself move in with the whole family.
