Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, unless the property can be rented out otherwise:
- up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- less than 14 days before the rental period begins: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will also make an effort to find a substitute tenant.

For anglers, the sport begins right at your own private jetty at Zilverreiger 4.
You will find a sailing school as well as courses for kite and windsurfing at the Aquapark "It Soal".
A sunset cruise with a historic flat-bottomed boat on the Ijsselmeer is an unforgettable experience.
Do you have your own sports boat? Bring it along. There are two private mooring spots available in front of your holiday home.
A boat lift and slipway can be found at the Aquapark.
Holiday destination
The water park includes a marina, a maritime shop, several interesting children's playgrounds, a small supermarket with fresh bread rolls available daily during the season. The harbor restaurant and the beach pavilion "Ijsselmeerzicht" cater to your physical well-being from April to October.
On the Ijsselmeer (1.2 km), you can engage in various water sports such as kite and windsurfing, or you can rent a boat from the local boat rental service. The beach is ideal for small children due to the shallow water.

Continue towards Emmeloord.
Exit towards Lemmer/Balk.
N 359 towards Bolsward.
Exit Hindeloopen towards Workum.
Coming from Groningen:
A7/E22 via Drachten, Joure, Sneek towards Bolsward.
At Bolsward, take the N 359 towards Workum.
