It consists of 3 bedrooms , two with en suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom all on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living area, storage and toilet.
The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two more persons.
There is a billiard table in the living area andi n the basement there is a gym.
Living and dining area open up to a covered terrace with large table and chairs, BBQ, garden.

Villa Marijanin Vrt is situated in a small village Ribari, in the heart of Istria, cca 20 min drive to Porec.
The first larger villages are Kringa or Sveti Lovrec.
In Sveti Lovrec there are grocery shops, bakery, ATM machine, bar, pizzeria.
The house is situated cac20-30 min from Rovinj, Motovun, Groznjan.
Aquapark in Porec is cca 25 min drive from the house.
