If you are a large group you can rent the entire villa, otherwise you can choose any of its lovely apartments. This villa is fully equipped for unforgettable summer and winter holidays and there are plenty of tourist attractions and places to see in its surroundings.
The property is fenced all around and comprises three independent apartments, each one with its own private outdoor area. Each apartment is well equipped and offers a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. The villa features a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a beautiful shared sunbathing area with sun loungers and an umbrella. At disposal of all guests, there is also a beautiful gazebo. Other shared facilities include a laundry room, iron and ironing board. The main building has a large “loggia” and veranda and the outside spaces are furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas for the guests’ outdoor relaxing moments.
Thanks to the position of this villa you can easily reach most of the interesting towns to visit in the area and you can enjoy local delicacies in typical restaurants. During spring and summer there are a lot of outdoor activities to do, as trekking and hiking in beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche.

Truffle Hunting
Situated in a quiet garden of olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys superb views of the valley, as far as the hills and the Apennine mountains. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 25 minute drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea coastline in Fano with free sand beaches or equipped beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars, restaurants. Towns such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in 10-20 minutes.
Take the motorway A14 Bologna / Pescara.
Exit at Fano, follow direction to Rome, drive about 40 km. and then follow the sign to Acqualagna; it's the second exit after a tunnel of about 4 kms (named Galleria del Furlo).
At this point you will see in front of you a petrol station, then turn left, and further, turn right and follow the sign to Fermignano.
After about 2 kms. you will see on your left the sign Casale degli Ulivi. After about 800 metres you will arrive at the house.

If the guest wishes to cancel the booking we will apply the following cancellation policy:
• 30% of the total price of booking up to 45 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 44 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental.
During high season we accept only bookings from Saturdays to Saturdays.
