Cancellation policy
If the guest wishes to cancel the booking we will apply the following cancellation policy:
• 30% of the total price of booking up to 55 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 54 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental.

Situated in a quiet garden of olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys superb views of the valley, as far as the hills and the Apennine mountains. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 25 minute drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea coastline in Fano with free sand beaches or equipped beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars, restaurants. Towns such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in 10-20 minutes.
Getting there
Take the motorway A14 Bologna / Pescara.
Exit at Fano, follow direction to Rome, drive about 40 km. and then follow the sign to Acqualagna; it's the second exit after a tunnel of about 4 kms (named Galleria del Furlo).
At this point you will see in front of you a petrol station, then turn left, and further, turn right and follow the sign to Fermignano.
After about 2 kms. you will see on your left the sign Casale degli Ulivi. After about 800 metres you will arrive at the house.
