Comments

We require the guest to pay a downpayment of 30% of the total reservation. The Balearic Islands' Tax for Sustainable Tourism is included in your reservation. Please note if you arrive after 21:00h, there is a late check-in fee of 50€ Late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon check-in. There is 35€ electricity cost incluced, if you exceed this amount the extra charge is 0,35€/kw Rubbish must be removed from the house before leaving on the day of departure to avoid a €50 fee A compulsory refundable security deposit must be paid to cover any damage to the property No pets allowed. No parties allowed. No Smoking inside the property. There is 100€ fee if the Green Point card is lost.
