Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the guest up to 24 hours after booking: 100% refund from the time of booking up to 6 months before arrival: 75% refund from 6 months before arrival up to 60 days before arrival : 50% refund from 59 days until arrival: 0% refund (100% of the rental price to be paid) If other rentals are still possible, the cancellation costs will be reduced accordingly. A replacement tenant can also be provided. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the payments are not made on time. We would like to point out that the guest bears the risk of arrival at the accomodation, i.e. the absence of direct flights is not a reason for a free cancellation.

Other recreational opportunities
Many attractions of La Palma are reachable quickly (by car) ( for example Caldera de Taburiente, volcano route, beaches). There are shopping centres 5 minutes away by car in El Paso. Also some very beautiful beaches (Tazacorte, Puerto Naos or the Charco Verde) can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes.
Holiday destination
The villa is situated in a secluded location with light development. The property is secluded and one enjoys absolute peace and privacy. The location also offers a fantastic unobstructed panoramic view of the mountains of the Caldera and the ocean. At an elevation of approx. 600 metres the climate is very pleasant.
Getting there
For your holiday you will definitely have to hire a car, which you can pick up at the airport. From Santa Cruz de La Palma Airport (SPC) it will take you approximately 30 minutes to arrive at Villa Don Miguel. After your booking you will receive detailed directions and further information.

Die Villa hat unsere hohen Erwartungen (auf Grund der Homepage) noch übertroffen. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe, viel Platz, Privatsphäre, komplette Ausstattung und viel Sonne. Der allabendliche Blick aus Sauna oder Jacuzzi auf den Sonnenuntergang über Pool und Palmen hinweg ist fast schon dekadent. Wir haben uns auch ein wenig geschämt ;-). Das Anwesen ist für alle ruhesuchenden unbedingt zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit auf La Palma.
