The holiday apartment is located in the park "de Banjaard", Kamperland,/Noord-Beveland.
There are two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious cooking and living area as well as a toilet and a storage room with washing machine.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with balcony. a white tiled bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a sauna.
WiFi and Internet Smart TV. Central heating. Garden with an east and a south terrace. Spacious parking space.
In the park there is a holiday dialysis centre "De Banjaard Admiraal de Ruyter Ziekenhuis-Kamperland".

Interesting excursion destinations nearby are for example the Waterpark de Neeltje Jans. The Mini Mundi en Zeeuws Museum in Middelburg, and the Zeevaartmuseum in Vlissingen, as well as historical cities such as Veere, Middelburg, Zierikzee and Sluis and much more.
The nearby, spacious beach is extremely beautiful and an attraction in any weather. The beach has been one of the best beaches in the Netherlands for years (awarded the Blue Flag).
In the main building of the park there is the reception, a supermarket, as well as a café/restaurant with a large sun terrace. Mini golf. Bicycle / handcart rental. A wide range of activities for children in the large hall, the indoor swimming pool and much more.
Zeeland is a very interesting area from a cultural-historical point of view and is an excellent place to explore by bike. During the summer months, bicycle ferries are available throughout Zeeland, including the Kamperland-Veere ferry.
You can reach us by car via Middelburg, Goes, Burgh Haamstede and Zierikzee. At the roundabout where the N255 enters the N57 you will also find the exit to De Banjaard. If arriving on the Banjaard: At the roundabout around the main building take the second exit, cross the first bridge and you are then in the Oostercheldelaan. The house is at the end on the right side.
There are train stations in Goes and Middelburg with additional bus connections to Banjaard. There is also a bus connection from Rotterdam -Zuidstation (travel planner OV9292). The bus stop at Banjaard is called "Tunnel N57".

The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing at any time. The following deadlines and compensation obligations shall then apply:
Up to 75 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
From 74 to 45 days before rental start = 50% of the rental price
From 44 to 14 days before rental start = 75% of the rental price
Less than 14 days before the start of the rental period = 100 % of the rental price.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
