Cancellation and termination of stay for 2022.
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu Gast in der Villa Krug.Sie liegt wunderschön in mitten der Berge und mit tollen Blick aufs Meer. Es lohnen sich die Wanderwege.Die Häuser haben eine tollen Obst -Gemüsegarten /eigene Hühner.Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und die Inseln.Tolle Sonnen Auf-und Untergänge sind ein Erlebnis .Sie ist sehr sauber und Dank des tollen Service der Eigentümer Familie Filipovic fehlte es uns an nichts(Parkkarte Brela). Unbedingt Pizza backen im Steinofen! Hauswein probieren.Wöchentlich wurde alles gereinigt Betten/Handtücher.Wir bekamen jeden Tag frische Brötchen. Tip :Cafe Mul und Restaurant Konoba .
Man sollte wissen die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich!Ein schmaler/steiler Steinweg führt zum Haus.
Wir könne es nur empfehlen !War wunderbar!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viel Platz und Aktivitäten, um alle glücklich zu machen. Wir fanden den Grill Essbereich. Das gesamte Anwesen war sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und schlug uns Orte vor, an die wir gehen sollten.
