The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the city (the center is about 3 km away), in the hamlet of Mirteto, at the foot of the Candia hills, surrounded by other houses and equipped with a garden full of plants and palms of all kinds. All services can be reached in a few minutes. The sea is about 4.5 km away. The city of Massa is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps facing the sea, a fortunate position that allows you to enjoy the entertainment of the Versilia coast and beautiful walks in the Alps with enchanting views. A short distance away (about 30-40 minutes) are the cities of Lucca and Pisa with their splendid views. At the same time you can reach the beautiful Cinque Terre park (a UNESCO heritage site) with its typical colorful villages overlooking overlooking the sea and the steep slopes planted with vines.
