The residence is located on a quiet cul-de-sac used only by residents and has direct access to the beach. The residential complex comprises a total of 14 flats on two levels. The building is in Provençal style with a tiled roof and double-rowed eaves and is architecturally attractively integrated into the Mediterranean surroundings. Flat no. 4 is a 2-room flat of 42 square metres with direct access from the outside. From the 8 square metre balcony you have a wonderful partial view of the beach and the sea. The flat includes car park no. 2 on the residence grounds.
The special location of the residence directly on the beach of Cavalaire is a real rarity. The residence is in a very quiet location and is therefore ideal for an excellent holiday.
The holiday flat is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed with two separate mattresses.

The area and location offer a wide range of leisure activities:
Swimming, long walks on the beach, diving, boat trips to the Îles d'Or (Port-Cros and Porquerolle) directly from the harbour of Cavalaire sur Mer, surfing, coastal walks, excursions into the hinterland, to St. Tropez and to beautiful little villages and towns along the Côte d. Azur with their lovely weekly markets and picturesque architecture.
In the neighbourhood there are houses with a maximum of two storeys, mostly detached houses. The residence and the neighbouring plots are heavily landscaped and partly overgrown with tall, shady trees. Le Rescator is located on the outskirts of Cavalaire, approx. 15 minutes' walk from the town centre.
You can easily arrive by car. A private car park awaits you at the resort.
Alternatively, you can also travel by train via Toulon and then continue your journey by bus. The bus stop is less than 300 metres from the flat. The nearest airports are Nice, Toulon and Marseille. From there it is possible to continue to Cavalaire by train and bus or by hire car.

In the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit of 20% of the rental price is forfeited. In the event of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the entire rental price is forfeited.
The deposit of 150.00 will be refunded after the holiday.
A visitor's tax of €1.15 is charged per person per night. Minors are exempt.
