Cancellation policy
Special Cancellation Offer During Corona Times.
Dear holiday guests,
To make it a bit easier for you and your holiday planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021, deviating from our general rental terms.
Here you have the opportunity to book your trip in peace and, if desired, to cancel it as well.
The conditions in detail:
You have the option to cancel booked trips up to:
4 weeks before the start of the trip.
The cost will then be only 30% of the invoice amount for you.
For short-term trips and arrivals under 4 weeks, the full travel price is due upon withdrawal.
We can offer you a free rebooking to a later date in 2021. However, rebooked trips will then be due at 100% in the event of a later withdrawal.
A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible.
Pets are generally excluded from cancellation.
We offer free cancellation:
if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Also, if an absolute travel ban (not travel warning) is issued by the Foreign Office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us.
These withdrawal conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the withdrawal conditions in the current rental terms.

We also recommend our wellness weekends or a sailing trip with a flat-bottomed boat for a day tour on the IJsselmeer. Of course, almost all other water sports and recreational activities not mentioned are possible. Right on the IJsselmeer dike, you are allowed to surf, kite, and SUP.

It's the short distances and the great starting point for such interesting activities like boat tours, surfing, cycling, fishing, or just walking that make it so appealing.

Our bungalow park is located in one of the most beautiful spots right on the IJsselmeer with a surfing jetty and a sandy beach for the little ones.
The center of Lemmer with its beautiful quaint shops and cozy pubs and restaurants, as well as the well-known German discount supermarkets, can be reached in less than a 5-minute drive.
The gently sloping, child-friendly beach is just a short walk away, directly by the water. At the nearby sports hotel, you and your fellow travelers can use the swimming pool for free and, for a small fee, enjoy the wellness offerings including a sauna and solarium. There is also a boat rental service available with license-free boats.

Getting there
You will receive precise travel documents from us 2 weeks before the start of your trip so that a great holiday can begin. Our check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, allowing you to arrive at our place relaxed.

Vielen Dank für alles, die Bungalows waren perfekt, das Personal war jedes Mal sehr aufmerksam, wenn wir ihre Hilfe brauchten... ohne Zweifel ein spektakulärer Ort, an den wir zurückkehren werden, um unseren Urlaub zu verbringen
