Being in the centre next to the central transport hub on Plaça España provides a quick access to various parts of the island and all types of activities available on Mallorca. Car is not required for the city centre.

The house is surrounded by churches and monasteries, art galleries and fashion outlets, quaint cafes and delicatessen shops. Next to central food market Olivar. Apartment is facing a monastery and is very quiet that is a true luxury for such a central location. No car required, train station and bus hub are nearby.
