Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the tenant will receive the rental price back minus an expense allowance of 10%, excluding final cleaning and deposit, if another rental is possible.
Otherwise, the following rule applies:
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will be charged 25%, after that 75%, and from 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount as a cancellation fee. In the event of early departure or non-arrival, there is no entitlement to a refund.
The cancellation notice must be sent in writing to the Herzog rental service and only becomes effective when the notice is received by the rental service. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
