We rent out the holiday home privately.
The terraced house is fully basemented, with its own garden, covered terrace, balcony, large awning, sun loungers, garden table with chairs, grill, air conditioning / central heating, fly screens and much more.
The holiday complex includes a swimming pool for children and adults with an integrated whirlpool and a large sunbathing area.
There is a TV with satellite dish (German channels) in the living room.
The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped including: dishwasher, microwave and gas stove, fridge-freezer, German coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, etc., coffee and dinner service, cutlery, barbecue utensils.

Wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man merkt, dass die Vermieter es regelmäßig selbst nutzen. Es fängt mit sehr bequemen Betten an, geht über eine gut ausgestattete Küche zum leckeren selbst kochen, Fliegengitter und sogar klimatisierte Räume. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und ist ganz schnell über den kleinen Garten zu erreichen.
Die Vermietung und der sehr freundliche Kontakt mit Fr. Beichel haben das Gesamtpaket abgerundet. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

wir verreisen nun schon seit 2012 regelmäßig nach Lignano und mieten dieses Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und stets in Schuss. Die Gehend ist wunderschön und weg vom Trubel aber innerhalb von 10min ist man mitten in der Stadt und an dem Strand mit dem Auto.

Tolles Haus und entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Man spürt, dass die Eigentümer hier auch selbst Urlaub machen. Der kleine, komplett umzäunte Garten liegt Dank Markise und großem Olivenbaum größtenteils im Schatten. Die großzügige, parkähnliche Poolanlage ist top gepflegt . Die Lage ist ruhig und weg vom Rummel im benachbarten Lignano. Wen es zum Sandstrand mit den für die italienische Adria typischen Bagnos zieht, ist in 5 Autominuten in Lignano Sabbiadoro, einem wirklich schönen Urlaubsort mit toller Fußgängerzone, die zum Bummeln , Shoppen und Essen gehen einlädt. In Aprilia geht es beschaulicher zu. Das sehr gute Restaurant Ippolito ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
