Description

The holiday home Villa Ana is located in a small town called Krnica in the eastern part of Istria.

The holiday home is 250 mÂ² and has enough space for 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, double rooms with 4 bathrooms (three double beds and one with two single beds), living room, dining room, kitchen, WC, and storage room.

The entire holiday home is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, digital TV and satellite/cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet.

The holiday home Villa Ana has an outdoor area of approximately 2000m2 which includes a parking space, in the front area a 50m2 pool with a beautiful sunbathing area (sun loungers), a terrace with furniture, umbrella, and a grill.

Grocery store, post office, cafe, bakery, restaurant, and pizzeria are within approximately 700 meters.

Krnica is a quiet place, surrounded by nature. The area is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, horse riding, mountain biking, jogging, hiking, and relaxing.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus bei tollen freundlichen Vermietern

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub über die Pfingstferien . Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns auch gleich sehr wohl gefühlt nach der langen Fahrt . Nach der Einführung in das Haus wurden wir von einem Empfangsgeschenk überrascht. ( Schale mit frischem Obst , Kroatisches Gebäck und ein Likör )
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten mit Pool sehr großzügig und traumhaft. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall zum weiter empfehlen.
Am letzten Tag wurden wir bei der Abreise von einer Flasche Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau überrascht.
Ich denke wir werden wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen im niedlichen Ort Krnica, was einen Konzum und 3 Restaurants zu bieten. Wir haben die Pizzeria Kum getestet und waren begeistert. Bis Pula, Vodnjan und Rovinj sind es max. 20-30 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht:Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Spielplatz, für die Kleinen, gemütliche Grill- und Sitzecke für die Großen. Die große Küche mit Ess-und anschließendem Wohnbereich sind sehr einladend. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin. Die beiden oberen Etagen haben je 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Badezimmern!Wow! Unsere Gastgeberin war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat uns zur Begrüßung sogar etwas gebacken.So schön kann Urlaub sein. Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Ein Traumurlaub - sogar noch besser als erwartet

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern 12 Tage - und was sollen wir sagen. Alle waren glücklich. Das Haus war wahnsinnig schön, die Kinder waren glücklich mit dem Pool, dem Spielplatz. Im Haus war alles was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants im Ort. Sandstrand in Medulin ist mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Ausflugsziele sind auch reichlich , auch mit Kindern. Dinopark, Wasserpark, Pula, Ruvijn usw.

Lorendana war auch jederzeit erreichbar und wirklich sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal dort. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal für den tollen Urlaub, den wir verbringen durften. Ein echter Glücksgriff.
