Charming and modern holiday apartment in South Tyrol. You live on 40 m² with a living room with integrated kitchen and dining place, a bedroom with pine wood back wall and a bathroom. The holiday flat is completely equipped. there is free, fast WLAN in the flat, an Internet radio with bluetooth function and a 43" flat screen in the living room. The couch can be used as a sofa bed. Each apartment has its own colour concept and is equipped with original pictures by local and German artists. There is a controlled ventilation in the appartment. There is a bread roll service with daily delivery and a drinks refrigerator. Outside there is a lawn for sunbathing and a covered area for general use as well as a deckchair at the ornamental pond.

Hiking suggestions and tour suggestions for mountain bikers are available in the facility. On hot days there is the Garagzzon natural swimming pool, the Lana outdoor pool or the Merano thermal baths. Natural lakes can be found in Montiggl (approx. 20km) or Kaltern, on very hot days I recommend the Felixer Weiher.
A wide range of leisure activities: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, ski tours and skiing in winter... The Dolomites are easily accessible by car. Merano has a lot to offer from a cultural point of view, be it Trautmannsdorf Castle, museums, the Merano Thermal Baths or the Ötzi Museum in Bolzano - everything is easily accessible from Völlan. Motorcycle tours over the Gampen Pass, into the Passeier Valley are well feasible. And my personal favourite valley - the Ulten Valley - is right on my doorstep!

Durch Lana fahren immer auf der Hauptstrasse, ca. 3km, folgend der Beschilderung Gampenpass. Beim Kreisverkehr Richtung Gampenpass fahren. Der Strasse ca. 3km bergauf folgen und dann rechts ab nach Völlan. In Völlan nach der Ortstafel ca. noch 500m der Hauptstrasse folgen, dann sehen Sie rechts auf einer Böschung ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "Felsenegg appartements - 50m rechts". Direkt an der Bushaltestelle ist die Auffahrt zum Felsenegg.

Eigentlich bin ich Architekt, aber nach fast 30 Jahren Beruf wollte ich etwas Neues machen und habe mir zusammen mit meiner Frau und meinem Bruder den Wunsch erfüllen können, mit Gästen zu arbeiten. Wir haben ein kleines Paradies für Sie geschaffen! Leider bin ich jetzt nach einem Unfall auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen, aber ich bin trotzdem ein sehr guter Gastgeber!
