Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival, you pay 50% of the rental price; 89-45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price and your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 44 days or less prior to arrival, you pay 90% of the rental price, your deposit will be forfeited and the lessor reserves the right to try and re-let the holiday home. Exemption: for cancellations in times of crisis / in case of restrictions on admission into Schleswig-Holstein, we offer credits and transfers of your own choice (in agreement with the lessor, if the house is available) in the year of the booking plus the following year and under the same conditions. Apart from this, the aforementioned cancellation terms apply.

Holiday destination
A short 50m-walk to the white sandy beach. Various sports & water sports activities are within walking distance SUB, pedal boat, surfboard, jet ski rentals and more). Shopping facilities, stores, pharmacies, bakeries/cafes, etc..: approx. 1000m away. The bus stop is about 20 min. away. Motorway access (A1): 1.5 km. Physician: approx. 1000m, hospitals: approx. 10 km. Restaurants, bars, lounges, town centre approx. 1000m. Amusement park "Hansa Park", Kletterwald Scharbeutz (high ropes course), Sea Life Timmendorf, Karls Erlebnis-Hof in Warnsdorf, Lübeck with its Marzipanmuseum (30 min. by car or train), the Hanseatic city Hamburg (approx. 1 hour by car or train), the port city Travemünde. One can walk right next to the large ships leaving and entering the port. Very impressive! Cliffs and kilometre-long sandy beaches invite you to take long walks. "Skatepoint", a park for roller skaters, cyclists, BMX riders and inline skaters, at the Dünenmeile by the sea. 1000m² of concrete with ramps, ledges and rails...suitable for children, teenagers and adults; located near the holiday bungalow.
Getting there
Coming from Hamburg, take the A1 past Lübeck, exit Scharbeutz. Your destination is 1.5 km from the motorway exit.

Host informationI live where others spend their holiday. The Baltic Sea is a place I got to know and love when I was little. I like taking walks on the kilometre-long beach and even go for a swim on most days, no matter what the season. Lübeck Bay offers everything I enjoy doing, whether it's on or in the water, or various water sports activities. But everyone needs to kick back and relax from time to time. I love Scharbeutz with all my heart!

von der Buchung, Übernahme der Wohnung und Abreise verlief alles freundlich, reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Der Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, gross und geräumig. Wenige Schritte zur Ostsee waren perfekt für die morgendliche Runde mit dem Hund. Toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten zu Fuss und mit dem Fahrrad. Die Umgebung kann hier aus gut erkundet werden, egal ob zu Fuss nach Scharbeutz, mit dem Rad nach Timmendorf oder Travemünde oder Pönitzer See. Wetter war toll, da haben wir den goldenen Herbst genossen.Der tolle große Garten liess keine Wünsche offen - auch für unseren Hund. Im Wintergarten haben wir die Abende genossen. Die Gastgeberin immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. 5 von 5 für diese wunderschöne Traumwohnung.

Wir haben die Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein paar Schritte zum (Hunde-)Strand und doch geschützt und nicht direkt an der Straße. Der Garten ist groß und lädt Mensch und Hund zum ruhigen Genießen ein. Im Haus selbst ist alles, was man braucht (und noch mehr) und es ist alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir wurden äußerst herzlich und mit außergewöhnlichen Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können das Ferienhaus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin!
