Cancellation policy
You can always cancel before arrival in writing before arrival. In the event of cancellation by the guest, the landlord is entitled to reimbursement for any travel arrangements made and expenses equal to a percentage of the booked travel price; the following apply: from the 31st to 21st day before arrival 10%, from the 20th to the 14th day before arrival 40%, from the 13th to the 8th day before arrival 50%, from the 7th day before arrival 80%, on the day of arrival and for no-shows, 90%.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Stroll through our town or stroll along the extensive banks of the Moselle in Kues, Wehlen and Andel, as well as on the Kues plateau on beautiful hiking trails with a view of the Moselle. Our holiday home is the ideal starting point for hikes along the Moselsteig and its offshoots and is perfectly located for a successful cycling holiday. Whether it's along the river, past steep vineyards and romantic wine villages, through forests and single trails on a mountain bike or on a relaxed ride with an e-bike.
Getting there
Arrival is possible by vehicle as well as by plane, train and bus. The house will be available on the day of arrival from 5:00 pm. Check-in is done in person or by key code. Check-out is by 10 am. Other times are possible by arrangement. You can park up to three vehicles opposite our holiday home.
