Description

The whole property 1000 m² is situated off the main road and has no through traffic, as it is at the end of the private road. A playground in front of the house, barbecue with seats, deckchairs are available.

The house has in the upper floor, 2 bedrooms à 16 m² with double bed (4 persons) in both rooms an additional child folding bed can be set up on request (6 persons). Both bedrooms have washing facilities with hot and cold water. Upstairs there is a bathroom with WC and shower. On the ground floor a kitchen with a corner bench 20m² and a living area of 20m² covered terrace (this is not heated and therefore not habitable in the winter time) with exit to the garden. Guest WC on the ground floor.

Gut eingerichtetes, sehr ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im Schweizerhaus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber, und sehr ruhig (wir sind sehr lärmempfindlich) und dennoch ist man schnell in Lienz, wo es alles gibt. Wir haben dort viele gute Restaurants ausprobiert. Aber auch für Selbstkocher ist alles im Haus da. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgesattet. Man merkt, dass der Vermieter immer wieder auch selbst dort im Urlaub ist. Man ist auch schnell in den Bergen, dem Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, den Lienzer Dolomiten und auch Südtirol ist nicht weit. Allerdings hat auch uns die Tatsache, dass man den gesamten Reisepreis im Voraus bezahlen muss, etwas Kopfzerberchen gemacht. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Meister und sein Team, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist schön am Ende eines Privatweges gelegen , und damit sehr ruhig.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen ( Evtl fehlt - wie uns - eine Filterkaffeemaschine)..aber sonst wird man nichts vermissen !
Sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet und sauber !
Die Umgebung gibt viel Freizeitmöglichkeiten her.
Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Besten Dank für die positive Bewertung !
Die Filtermaschine steht im Keller und musste der Nespresso weichen da die meisten Gäste danach fragten.
Kommt wieder in den Küchenschrank, damit diese auch benützt werden kann.
