The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs.
In the courtyard there is a Saltwater swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool. The yard has two parking spaces, is completely fenced and offers complete privacy!

Villa Ivka is situated in a small village near the town of Barban. The surroundings offer you a real getaway from the fast city life. You can go for a walk, ride a bike or even visit the biggest adventure park in Croatia which is just a kilometer away!
The neighboring places have a rich history, represented through festivals such as The medieval festival in Savičenta or the annual knight game “Trka na prstenac” in Barban. And we can’t forget Istria’s biggest town, Pula, with its famous amphitheater built in the Roman times.
