The town of Deggendorf is also known as the gateway to the Bavarian Forest and is a small, thriving town with many small restaurants and shopping facilities. The house in which your holiday home is located is about one kilometre from the town centre and is situated on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope with a small garden. The bright and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment has a separate entrance. A large sun terrace with many Mediterranean plants invites you to relax. The Danube cycle path is only 300 metres away from the house - from here you can start cycling tours to Regensburg, Passau or Austria. Kilometre-long hiking trails lead through the region of the Bavarian Forest. In winter there are several options for skiing, hiking and cross-country skiing in the nearby cross-country ski run. Consider the following excursion destinations: tree top path in the Bavarian Forest, Schloss Egg, Benedictine Abbey Metten, Feng Shui Spa Park Lalling, Game Park Buchet.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit viel Stauraum. Großes Badezimmer mit leider kleiner Dusche. Der Boden im Badezimmer wurde nach dem Duschen nass.
Schmales Bett von 1,40 Metern.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse, auf der Sie ruhig sitzen können. Ich würde meine eigenen Liegestühle mitbringen.
Schöne Stadt. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, sodass man relativ schnell im Zentrum war. Zu Fuß ist es machbar, dauert aber mindestens 20 Minuten.
