The village Snašići is located in Istria, in the area of Sveta Nedelja, 5 km northwest of Labin. In Labin there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old town and a wonderful view of the Kvarner bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic. You can choose among the numerous beaches, and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.

Die Villa ist super!Die Fam. Knapiæ war sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich gewesen!Jeder noch so kleines Problemchen wurde sofort gelöst.Es gaben Willkommens/AbschiedsGeschenke.Unser Geburtstagskind hat eine leckere Torte bekommen!Die Terrasse ist sehr schön platziert-so waren wir die ganze Zeit nur draußen an Pool!Wohnzimmer haben wir fast nie benutzt.Die Mülltonne lieber rein fahren und hinter dem Haus.Erst nach einer Woche haben wir gemerkt das jemand eigenen Müll bei uns reingeschmuggelt hat.Jeden Donnerstag wird die Tonne geleert-Mittwoch rausstehlen!Kühlschrank schafft die ganze Menge an Produkten und Getränken nicht.Ist für 2 Familien zu klein.Hatten für das Auto einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit-der hat geholfen.Termin für Schnelltest von Mateja machen lassen- nicht im Touristenzentrum! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir haben uns 14 Tage lang rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt, mit Tischtennisplatte und Grill, es gibt eine schöne wind- und sonnengeschützte Terasse mit Tisch und Stühlen am Haus, das Highlight ist der große Pool mit Sonnenliegen und -schirmen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber! Die Lage ist super, es war immer schön ruhig und trotzdem hat das Haus die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge oder an den Strand. 5 Sterne für Mateja und Aleks Die Vermieter sind absolut zuvorkommend, sehr hilfsbereit in jeder Lage und total gastfreundlich, auch dank ihnen hatten wir einen total schönen Urlaub, es hat einfach alles gestimmt!
