If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Comments

The date of entry and departure is on Saturday in July and August. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31. Tourist tax: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from November 1 until April 30. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
