Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without incurring a cancellation fee.
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
If we can re-let the apartment, the cancellation conditions will not apply.

The holiday apartment is 2 km away from the ski and hiking paradise Obereggen. The bus stop is conveniently within walking distance (about 200 m), allowing you to leave your car in the parking lot or garage without worries. Hiking trails and mountain bike paths start right from the Oberbühlhof. Other beautiful excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity: Rosengarten, Lake Carezza. Don't miss a stroll in the city of Bolzano, which is reachable by car or bus in 20 minutes.

Take the Brenner Motorway A-22 to the Bolzano Nord exit > turn right towards Bolzano for 1 km > turn right to the Eggental roundabout entrance > take the third exit > drive 12 km to the Birchabruck intersection > towards Deutschnofen for 1 km to Hotel Mondschein > turn left and follow the road for 3.5 km > turn right onto Hennewinkl 15 > Oberbühlhof is in front of you.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem rundum gelungenen Urlaub ist, der ist bei Familie Eisath genau richtig! Angefangen bei der unverwechselbaren Gastfreundschaft (solch eine Herzlichkeit sieht man selten), den interessanten Gesprächen und Tipps zur Region, über die tolle Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, den einmaligen Ausblick, die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge (die man von der eigenen Terrasse aus genießen kann), den Brötchenservice, die perfekte Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Wanderungen hin bis zu den niedlichen Hofbewohnern, hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen! Eine unlaubliche Gastfreundschaft mit fantastischem Ausblick. Danke liebe Familie Eisath für die schöne Zeit bei euch und mit euch.Ein sehr gepflegter Bauernhof mit einer tollen Sauna und einer liebevolle Ausstattung im gesamten Haus. Frische Brötchen täglich an der Tür und eure hausgemachten Produkte.Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
