Holiday destination
This beautiful holiday home is situated in the small village of Rajki -Barban, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance between tranquillity and private pleasure far from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist crowds, combined with the short distance to all major cities on the Istrian peninsula. For the more adventurous, the Barban adrenaline park and quad adventure club are just a few kilometres from the villa.
Getting there
After you have passed the Učka tunnel drive in the direction of Labin, after driving through Labin head towards Barban. In Barben continue towards Žminj 2km and then turn right and you will see a sign for the town of "Rajki". Proceed 200m and you will see a sign with the name of our house "Haus Dolores" on the right hand side.

Das Ferienhaus war super. Wir hatten also genug Platz. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir konnten in den zwei Wochen einiges kennenlernen. Das Meer war mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Kroatien und auch nicht der letzte. Das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen aber unten mussten wir sie gar nicht anschalten weil das Haus sich nicht aufgewärmt hat. Oben sind die 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, da schien morgens die Sonne hinein, deshalb hatte wir die Klimaanlage auch an. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Der Pool hat eine optimale Größe. Die Kinder konnten teilweise stehen (145). Für Kleinkinder ist er sehr tief sie können nicht ohne Begleitung hinein. Der Spielraum ist auch gut. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig und man muss zum Wasser ca. 15 Min fahren. Kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Nach Porec fährt man ca. 50 min. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Er hat uns auch Tipps geben wo was ist.
