The 75 square meters of living space are spread over two rooms, a large hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. The room heights of about 3.10 m create a spacious feeling. Historical details such as panel doors, windows, wooden floor boards and paneling have been preserved.
You can enjoy the evening or the weekend on the two balconies – south and west – or in the spacious garden. 1 parking space is located in the nearby property.
Suitable for single people as well as for a couple, a flat-sharing community or a small family. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a large living room with a beautiful, large sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults.

Schon die Anmietung und der Kontakt bis zur Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen!
Eine Ferienwohnung in günstiger Lage, nur 5 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, trotzdem so ruhig, dass wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Sie liegt in einem historischen Gebäude, der Einrichtungsstil der Wohnung passt hervorragend dazu. Außerdem eine umfassende Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Was will man mehr?
Ein überaus engagierter Gastgeber, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Der morgendliche Plausch stimmte uns mit guten Tipps und Hinweisen hervorragend auf den Tag ein.
Wenn wir wieder nach Speyer reisen sollten, ist diese Ferienwohnung unsere erste Wahl.

Hier hat Alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Herr Biery ist ein sehr angenehmer Mensch und hat hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub in historischer Umgebung

Die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung ist zentral und ruhig gelegen. Wie schon oft beschrieben, kann man von hier aus die unmittelbare Altstadt besichtigen und in die vielen Restaurants und Cafés einkehren. Auch die nähere Umgebung (z.B. Technikmuseum, Neustadt a.d.W., Hambacher Schloss) ist sehenswert.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Makel: Auch für kleine Menschen ist die Duschschiene ungünstig angebaut, weil man beim Duschen in der Badewanne am schrägen Kopfteil stehen muss.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Speyer kommen, werden wir diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten. :)
