Cancellation policy
The general terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel industry apply: free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival, from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price, and if you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price, provided that the holiday home could not be rented out for the booked period.

Our holiday home is located at the eastern end of Ramsau (no through traffic). The south side offers a fantastic view of the Schladming Tauern (Hauser Kaibling, Planai). On the backside, you'll find the Dachstein massif with the Luser walls. A wonderful hiking area starts right behind the front door. A vast ski area, extensive cross-country ski trails, mountain bike routes, and numerous via ferratas await you here!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Familie mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern (20 u. 23). Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet. Klaus und Kirsten sind sehr angenehme und nette Vermieter. Wir haben jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen von ihnen bekommen. Herzlichen Dank für die wirklich sehr erholsame Auszeit.

Das komfortable Haus mit wunderbarem Blick liegt in einer Mini-Ferienhaussiedlung außerhalb des Ortes, es besticht durch Gemütlichkeit und vor allem Ruhe, hier kann man wirklich loslassen und eine Auszeit vom Alltagsstress und den ewigen Stadtgeräuschen erleben. Wir hatten sehr viel Regen und es war zu kalt für September, das superbequeme Sofa, das freundlicherweise geheizte Haus, der überdachte große Balkon und natürlich der sich mit dem Wetter täglich verändernde Blick
haben Ausgleich geschaffen. Die inkludierte Dachstein-Karte mit kostenloser Benutzung vieler Seilbahnen spart viel Geld und hat es leicht gemacht, trotz geringer Sicht und Regen auf die Berge zu fahren und die Atmosphäre in der Höhe zu genießen. Danke an die freundlichen, unkomplizierten Vermieter. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
