The 80 m² living space of the house accommodates 2-6 people and is spread over two floors, divided as follows:
Ground floor:
On the ground floor of the house, there is a large living/dining room with a modern equipped kitchen as well as a guest toilet. In the living area, a sofa bed provides space for two people.
1st floor:
On the first floor of the house, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom available. The bedroom with a double bed also offers a crib and access to the house's balcony.
Outdoor area:
Of course, the highlight of the outdoor area is the approximately 15 m² swimming pool of the property, which invites you to take a dip in the cool water.
