Cancellation policy
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, a flat-rate fee of EUR 50 plus VAT.
- from 89 to 35 days before the start of the rental 50% of the price of the night
- from 34 to 1 day before the start of the rental 80% of the price of the night
- on the day of the start of the rental or in the event of non-commencement of the lease 90% of the price of the night
In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation fees are due immediately and can be offset against the deposit paid.

Host informationOur three holiday apartments are located in the modern and sophisticated Villa Louisa. Apartments 36 and 49 are located in the front house, which takes up the old style elements of the bath house culture of the turn of the century, penthouse 57 is in an exclusive location in the rear house in the Bauhaus style.

Wir suchten eine Ferienwohnung (mind. 2 Schlafzimmer + 2 Bäder) für bis zu 4 Personen in Sellin und fanden diese tolle Ferienwohnung in direkter Nähe des Nordstrandes, wo wir eine wunderschöne Woche verbrachten. Der Wohnungsschnitt, die Sauberkeit, der Renovierungszustand, die ausgesuchten Möbel und technischen Geräte sind hervorragend. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für Familien, zusammenreisende Paare oder vierköpfige Gruppen. Das Wetter war so gut, dass wir jeden Morgen auf der Terasse frühstücken konnten. Im Haus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner sowie eine sehr schöne Sauna. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Bäcker (mit Frühstücksangebot), verschiedene Restaurants und ein guter Fischstand.
Bei Fragen (in unserem Fall: Nachmeldung eines 4. Gastes) sind die freundlichen Vermieter schnell erreichbar.

Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt ....eine super ordentliche und saubere Wohnung....sehr gut Ausgestattet und nix was fehlte!
Sehr geschmackvoll und wertig!
Zudem war natürlich das Wetter eine ganze Woche Bombe....und das im September..
Nächstes Mal geht es bei uns mal an die Nordsee aber dann werden wir sicher wieder kommen
