The holiday home Villetta Agave is located in the south of the island of Elba, in close proximity to the small Peducelli bathing cove. The house is situated slightly elevated, and one can reach the pebble-sand beach by footpath within a minute. Villetta Agave is divided into a large living-bedroom with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. From the terrace, one enjoys an undisturbed view of the sea. The holiday home Villetta Agave is situated on a gated property with an electric gate, comprising a total of 4 holiday homes. All houses are detached and set at a considerable distance from each other, surrounded by lush greenery. The holiday home is located at the end of a driveway (cul-de-sac), ensuring a peaceful setting. Capoliveri, the charming hilltop village with a variety of restaurants, cafes, etc., is about an 8-minute drive away; in perhaps 20 minutes, one can reach the large sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri.

The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of a withdrawal, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible alternative occupancy of the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to:
a) For a withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price.
b) For a withdrawal from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price.
c) For a withdrawal from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.

In the event that you are unable to start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the deadlines required for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.
