In winter, the 4 km long toboggan run starts close to the cabin, leading to the valley station. The ski schools with children's ski school and beginner lifts are also nearby, as well as a restaurant and an umbrella bar. Very well-maintained slopes with technical snowmaking are a given here.
Holiday destination
In the summer, cows graze around the cabin, and your hike to the surrounding "Grasberge" starts right at the cabin door. This way, you can reach the Schatzberg, Joelspitze, Lämpersberg, Großer Beil, or the Gratlspitze either on foot or by cable car. During summer, with the included Wildschönau Card, you can use the cable cars and the outdoor pool for free at any time!!
In case of bad weather, visit the wood museum or take a hike through the Kundler Klamm.
Getting there
Inntal Motorway A12 – Exit Wörgl (East or West) – turn off in the town center towards WILDSCHÖNAU to Niederau – Oberau – Mühltal – Auffach.
In Auffach, before the Wood Museum, take a slight right turn, after about 70 meters take another right turn towards Bernau and Hohlriedweg.
After approximately 4 km of mountain road from Auffach, you will find our farmhouse Hohlriedhof on the left, house number 90.
Please collect the cabin key here.
From here, it's another 1 km to the cabins, past the middle station of the cable car.
