Villa Luxury Rivabel is situated just 700 meters from the popular Malin Beach,which offers many recreational and leisure opportunities for adults and children. The interior is decorated in a modern and luxurious style with an open layout, providing plenty of light and staying in it will be comfortable and relaxing for you and your family. The villa itself extends over three floors in total of 250 m2, has a terrace with an ifinity pool, garage and parking within the yard. The upper floors offer panoramic views of the sea and neighboring Rijeka, Opatija and Učka, which is a nature park.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and separate toilet with washing machine. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed longer than two meters, which will pleasantly surprise and provide enough comfort for all of our taller guests that they can stretch out and sleep well even on vacation. The terrace is accessed from the dining room, living room and bedroom. It has an outdoor dining area and grill perfect for preparing meals and family gatherings. Infinity pool for refreshment during the hot summer months and sun loungers that invite you to enjoy the sun and boast with a tan at home. The whole terrace has lighting and you can enjoy it in the evenings in an intimate setting. On the first floor there are three luxury bedrooms, one of which is a single room with Smart TV. Two en suite rooms with double beds, balcony access (seating area) and Smart TV. The two attached bathrooms are equipped with double sinks, a bidet and a shower. If you happen to forget something like slippers, bathrobes, towels and hair / body shampoos don't worry they will already be waiting for you. In the attic you will be greeted by a recreation area consisting of a play nook for your youngest, a mini fitness center (stepper and bicycle), a mini fridge, table tennis, two showers, a toilet and a balcony. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi and protection for younger family members.
