A cancellation that is received by the owner more than “30 days” days in advance of the intended start of rental of “the Villa“ is “free of charge”. ( Repayment with regard to the return of the net amounts received by the owner. A cancellation that is received by the owner more than “15 days” and less than “30 days” in advance of the intended start of rental of “the Villa“ will cost the tenant 50% of the total rental fee. A cancellation that is received by the owner less than “15 days” in advance of the intended start of rental of “the Villa” will cost the tenant 100% of the total rental fee. The cancellation policy is (the details of) clearly stated in the rental agreement that the tenant will receive for approval upon entering into the rental agreement.

Wir hatten zwei traumhafte Wochen in einem traumhaften Haus. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Der Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants - alles ist in der Nähe. Und die Betreuung im Vorfeld und Vorort war perfekt - Vielen Dank!

Vielen Dank für zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Ihrem umwerfend schönen Haus. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Betreuung vor Ort waren vorbildlich! Alle Fragen im Vorfeld wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Ich hatte einen traumhaften Geburtstag in Methoni im To Kastro feiern können, ein Reisetipp, der ebenso im Vorfeld gegeben wurde. Wir haben in dieser schönen Gegend viele interessante Ausflüge gemacht, wobei der Bootsausflug mit Kapitän Jan ein besonderes Highlight war. Rekordverdächtig waren die Temperaturen mit Spitzen über 40°C, die aber wegen des traumhaften Pools und der klimatisierten Schlafzimmer gut zu "ertragen" waren. Nicht unerwähnt darf bleiben, dass das Haus sehr sauber an uns übergeben wurde, tipp topp bis ins letzte Detail. PS: Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Will und Jan.
