Holiday destination
From the houses, it's just 300 meters to the ski slope, 250 meters to the town center with shopping facilities, and you can start hiking trails right from our houses. The house is situated in a quiet hillside location with a magnificent mountain view. Hiking and culture, sports and relaxation are highly valued here. Moosham Castle, which you can see from the balcony, is part of the World Heritage Site. The Aineck Katschberg ski area is in the immediate vicinity. You only walk 300 meters to the ski slope. In winter, enjoy beautiful snow hikes, ski trips, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. Cross-country ski trails are also nearby. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails beckon, as well as sports such as cycling, electric biking, paragliding, white-water rafting, etc. The houses combine both the ambiance of a cabin and the comfort of an upscale holiday home. Golf course 2 km away, highway about 5 km. Families with children and guests looking for peace and quiet will feel comfortable here. In Lungau, there are always beautiful music festivals and the famous Bauernherbst. Just 250 meters away, there are restaurants with good value for money and the popular Lungau cuisine. Enjoy the spring now and quickly reserve your holiday. Treat yourself to beautiful hours in our new houses with sauna. The cozy, managed huts are a welcome change for our holiday guests. The fairy tale hiking trail and the petting zoo are also highlights for the children. Your "little ones" will be so tired in the evening that they will go to bed voluntarily. Other excursion possibilities include Millstätter See and Minimundus in Klagenfurt, where you can explore all European cities in miniature. This is a good alternative to a holiday in South Tyrol or Bavaria, as the hiking trails here are not overcrowded. You will find peace and relaxation. Your dog will also feel comfortable here. The mountains and the fresh air await you.
Getting there
Take the A10 Tauern motorway to the St. Michael exit, which is located just before the toll station. Exit the motorway there and continue through St. Michael onto the B99. After the OMV petrol station, turn right onto the B96 Murtal road towards Tamsweg. After about 2 - 3 km, take the right exit to the Aineck Katschberg ski swing. Drive up to St. Margarethen and go straight ahead in the right-hand curve. After about 200 m, you will reach our holiday village.
