Holiday destination
The beach is approx. 800m away and Groß-Schwansee has a beach section that is pretty much sheltered from the wind. Groß Schwansee is located on Mecklenburg's Baltic coast, only 20 minutes from the seaside resort Travemünde and 15 minutes from the Baltic seaside resort Boltenhagen. To get to Lübeck, you have to drive about 30 minutes, and to Hamburg a little over an hour. Wismar is a 45-min. drive away. There is no tourist tax. The house is in the new district of Groß Schwansee. All the houses in the neighbourhood are completed now. Please note that we are still busy with garden landscaping until Easter 2020. However, we won't disturb you while you are here. Since two of our neighbours are still working on their own gardens, we offer special introductory prices for 2020!
Getting there
We recommend that you arrive by car. Exit 5 (A20) - Schönberg. Follow the B104. Take the L01 and "Neuhägener Weg" until you reach Groß Schwansee. Your GPS might not find the address "Binsenkoppel" - drive into the village centre, then turn right onto "Binsenkoppel".

Host informationDear guests, How did I find this beautiful property? It is a crazy story that starts with me getting lost... I am an architect and usually make my clients' dreams come true. In this case, though, I had to move a mountain to be able to realise my own dreams in this enchanting location. It has been an exciting journey, where I took on the role of the builder, investor and architect at the same time. I hope you will feel as much at home here as I do. Ein wunderschönes liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtete Haus. Großer Garten und alles super sauber. Buchung und Abwicklung hat perfekt geklappt, die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit, haben Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge und auch in der Vorbereitung uns hinsichtlich Corona Bestimmungen proaktiv informiert. Der Naturstrand war sehr schön und ruhig und die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Duplo, Lego, Holz Eisenbahn und Spielen war perfekt für die Kids. Einziger Nachteil: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur per Auto erreichbar und man kann vielfach nur Barzahlen.

Wir haben Jules Hus für eine dringend nötige Auszeit gebucht und uns riesig auf das lange Wochenende gefreut! Und als wir in das Haus kamen, wussten wir, dass wir DAS PERFEKTE HAUS für unser Mädelswochenende gebucht hatten! Unheimlich liebevoll, wunderschön und modern eingerichtet, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
