The luxurious, detached holiday home is located in the spacious 5-star park "Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard". From the holiday park, you can directly access the beautiful, expansive, and multiple award-winning North Sea beach via the dunes.
The central building with a bakery, supermarket, indoor swimming pool (free of charge), restaurant, café, bicycle rental, mini-golf, pool billiards, trampolines, and Mini Club is just a 5-minute walk away.
The house has a unique location, right on the water with a western orientation, allowing you to relax in the sunny, secluded garden from noon until sunset. At the barbecue fireplace, you can grill delicious meals and spend cozy evenings by the fire.
There are 4 parking spaces directly at the house.
The house is designed for 8 adults, 2 children in a pull-out bed, and a baby in a baby cot (140x70).
Up to 3 dogs are allowed in the house.
In 2022, the living area was expanded by a generous veranda with a large dining table.
The house was completely renovated from the ground up in 2019; it has been freshly painted and all floor coverings have been replaced.
The furniture throughout the house has been exchanged, and the curtains have also been replaced with blackout curtains.
In addition to the kitchen, all bathrooms and toilets have been renewed. In the bedrooms, the old beds have been replaced with new Auping box spring beds, and a wood-burning stove has been installed in the living room.
In the outdoor area, the entire garden has been redesigned.
The garden is completely fenced so that children can romp around safely.
From the balcony facing the lake (west), one has a unique view over the garden to the lake and the park on the opposite shore with a children's playground.
The holiday park also includes a dialysis center.

On well-marked cycle paths, you can explore Noord-Beveland and the adjacent peninsulas on extensive bike tours at your leisure.
The nearby and scenically attractive nature reserves invite you to relaxing walks.
The holiday park Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard is located in the province of Zeeland, which boasts the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. Banjaard Beach has been awarded the title of cleanest beach in the Netherlands multiple times.
Even in summer, the beach is not overcrowded. From the holiday park, you can take extensive walks along the beach or through the dunes, and there are many beach cafes on the beach itself.
By bicycle, you can take long trips into the peaceful hinterland with its idyllic, typically Dutch villages.
For shopping, head to the beautiful and picturesque towns like Middelburg (15 km), Goes (24 km), or Zierikzee (30 km).
A special treat is the picturesque, quaint town of Veere with its small shops, cafes, and restaurants. From Veere, you can also take trips on the Veerse Meer or enjoy other water sports.
