Description

Villa Petra is a villa built in the Dalmatian style with a stone facade, featuring four bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. In total, Villa Petra can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
The villa boasts a 230m² terrace with a private heated pool of 26m².
The living area spans 340m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.
The spacious outdoor area offers a swimming pool with sun loungers, a large pergola with a summer kitchen and grill, as well as seating and dining areas.

On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a spacious living area: a living room with a sofa and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The first floor is also accessible from outside via a staircase.
On the second floor, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed, as well as an additional living room area with a sofa bed for an additional 2 people, and a private bathroom.
Parking spaces for multiple cars are located at the house on the property reserved for our guests.
Villa Petra is situated on a 570m² plot of land, approximately 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls, providing privacy and security.
Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, max. weight 25kg).
