Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the booking, the deposit will be fully refunded; thereafter, a 50% refund will be given if no replacement booking can be made. The final payment will only be refunded if there is a replacement booking for the reserved period. In this case, the entire payment, including the security deposit minus a handling fee of 50 €, will be refunded. For cancellations within the 4-week period, the security deposit will of course be refunded in any case.

Holiday destination
The next larger town in the valley is Feistritz/Drau. There you will find several supermarkets where you can shop well and at reasonable prices. In Fresach (about a 5-minute drive away), there is the highly recommended village inn and a village shop with predominantly regional products.
Getting there
Coming from the Tauern motorway, take the Feistritz/Paternion exit. Once you have reached the town of Feistritz, turn left at the main road. In about 500 meters, turn right towards Fresach. You will drive over the Drau river and past the train station. After the train station, take the road up the mountain towards Fresach. After a few bends, you will come to another junction towards Fresach. Go through the town of Fresach and then follow the sign "Ferienhaus Rothe". Above Fresach, turn left once in the forest, then further up turn right. Then there are two long bends. After that, you will have reached your destination.

We are delighted by your interest in our beautiful old Gnerserhaus, of which we have recently become the owners. We would like to offer it to guests who appreciate the beauty of the old house and the magnificent landscape during times when we cannot be there. As we are completely inexperienced in renting, some mistakes are inevitable. If you discover any, please contact us personally. In the off-season, we will also be able to rent out the house partially. Please ask about the special conditions. Wir (2 befreundete Pärchen) hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem schönen geschichtsträchtigen Haus. Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in die Stille auf dem Berg zurück zu kehren war einfach nur gut. Sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, eigentlich alles). Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Nachbarn, alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Mückenschutz an die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern!!Wir hatten es sehr heiss und mussten die Fenster öffnen und sind trotz Mückenschutz fast aufgefressen worden.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem urigen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Man kann direkt von der Haustür starten, um auf den Hausberg Mirnock zu wandern. Andere Wanderwege, Badeseen und schöne Städte sind nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Von den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten in und am Haus kann man den Blick in die wunderschöne Umgebung genießen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet eine vollständige Ausstattung - alles bestens! Vielen Dank für diese erholsame Abwechslung vom städtischen Alltag.
