The villa is located in central Istria in the village of Zabrezani. The village lies between Zminj and Pazin, where you will find everything you need for a great vacation. Supermarkets, ATMs, petrol stations and restaurants are within 10 km of the villa. The motorway is 5 km away and Pula Airport is 45 km away. The beaches of Rovinj, Vrsar and Porec can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Das Haus und das Grundstück ist ein Traum. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir von den Vermietern,Lara und Zejko herzlich empfangen. Der Pool sorgt für ausreichend Abkühlung. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung und alle Küsten zu erreichen. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall noch einmal für unseren Urlaub buchen, Danke für den perfekten Aufenthalt, Familie mit zwei Hunden aus Essen

Liebe Fam. Ujcic , nochmal ganz lieben Dank für Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit .Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Ihrem Haus gefühlt , konnten die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Pool genießen und einfach mal abschalten. Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln! Ein kleiner Tip vielleicht noch...die Kaffeemaschine für 6 Personen ist einfach zu klein . Wir hoffen , dass wir wiederkommen dürfen.
