Cancellation policy
The customer can cancel the contract at any time, but must be in writing. The following costs are retained by the service provider, based on the total rental price:
In the event of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be incurred; if the cancellation is made 41 to 20 days before the rental period begins, 80% of the rental price will be charged. With a cancellation of 19 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the rental price will be charged.

Nearby (Salou) is the Port Aventura amusement park. Barcelona (1 hour) and Tarragona (approx. 25 min), the capital of Catalonia, are also worth a visit to discover cultures that are thousands of years old. The city of Reus is known as the "cradle of Catalan Art Nouveau". Miró and Picasso were already inspired to create important works here. The same applies to the famous artist and architect Antoni Gaudí, who grew up in Reus. And if, after days full of art and culture, you finally head to Salou and the Port Aventura amusement park, then the family holiday on the Costa Dorada is guaranteed to be perfect for everyone.
Holiday destination
The center of the charming harbor town of Cambrils can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike via the beautiful palm-tree promenade. Cambrils presents itself in the typical Mediterranean flair with a long seafaring tradition. Visitors can enjoy further beaches that have been awarded the “Blue Flag” and get to know and love the beautiful yacht and fishing port. In the old town you can still see some evidence of the settlement by the Romans.

Host informationWhen we first saw Casa miAlina, it was an uninhabitable building ruin. At 2020 we renovated the house and garden with great attention to detail and completely refurnished it. We want you to feel comfortable in our Casa miAlina. It is therefore important to us to bring you original Spanish lifestyle.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an einfach nur wohl gefühlt.Innen wie außen ist alles sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet.Es hat an nichts gefehlt!Supermarkt ,Strandbars und Restaurants sind im Umkreis vorhanden und auch in die Altstadt/Stadt kommt man sehr gut mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad. Es war schön, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Das Haus ist nicht nur selber top ausgestattet sondern bestätigt jegliche Anforderungen, die man hätte haben können! Ein Fußweg von 300m zum Strand, ein Fahrradweg von 15 Minuten an der wunderschönen Promenade zur Stadt, alles perfekt. Ich freue mich sehr darauf ein weiteres Mal meinen Urlaub in dieser Villa zu verbringen, da mir keine Wünsche offen blieben!
