This stunning villa in Sant Pol de Mar can accommodate 12 people: ideal for families or a friends vacation, the home has a swimming pool where you can relax by taking a cool and refreshing dip.

Sehr schlechter Aufenthalt, ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen, kein heißes Wasser, ideal für Babys, Häuser nicht für 10 Personen ausgestattet, Steckdosen entsprechen nicht dem Standard, sehr gefährlich, sehr schmutziges Schwimmbad, nicht gepflegt, grünes Schwimmbad Pools alle 3 Tage, gezwungen, Ruhm anzuziehen, sehr enttäuscht.

Was als wunderschöner Urlaub im Haus begann, endet in einem dramatischen Erlebnis. Das Haus ist für die Anzahl der Personen nicht ausgestattet. Völlig veraltete Küche, die wirklich auseinanderfällt. (Musste Glaswaren selbst kaufen, ein Messer, um etwas zu schneiden. Nicht genügend Stühle und Tische, die auch auseinanderfallen. Verstopfte Rohre, sodass das Wasser nirgendwo abfließt. Kein heißes Wasser und nur 1 Minibad, das wir alle benutzen. Das Schwimmbad ist undicht und läuft ab. Insgesamt ist es für uns ein Haus, das man nicht vermieten kann, und schon gar nicht für 4000 Euro pro Woche. Das Haus ist einfach großartig mit einem ausgezeichneten Swimmingpool, 200 m vom Strand entfernt....
