If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) until the day before the rental starts: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental starts or later: full rental price.

Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: Follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
Then turn right; after about 300 meters on the right is the Residence Juliana complex.

Wir sind als Familie angereist und waren vom Empfang, durch die sehr nette Mitarbeiterin, positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es ist alles vorhanden, um einen sorglosen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich direkt "Zuhause" fühlt. Einer der Pluspunkte ist die Lage, man wird beim Morgenkaffee durch die, zur Anlage gehörenden Schwäne begrüßt und schaut direkt auf die Dünen zum Strand. Der Fußweg zum Strand beträgt ca 5 Minuten und ist sehr gut ausgebaut. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, ruhig und durch die zugeordneten Parkplätze, ist auch der Parkplatz immer gesichert. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden gern wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Liebe Grüße, Familie Lehmeyer/Jagla
