During the Corona Pandemic:
Should a new lockdown, for the region of Lower Saxony and/or the guest's region, be declared by the day of arrival, all amounts paid up to that point will be refunded in full.
For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, the tenant is guaranteed a refund of 100%. Beyond that, the full amount is to be paid.
Cancellation can only be made in writing.
In Goslar the guest contribution is 2,30 € per adult/night.
