Cancellation policy
You must take out your own cancellation insurance.
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant pays €25.00 in administrative fees and a fee to the landlord. This amounts to:
- if cancellation occurs three months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the gross rental amount;
- if cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the gross rental amount;
- if cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date: 75% of the gross rental amount;
- if cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the gross rental amount;
- if cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the gross rental amount.
In case of cancellation during the stay, the entire travel sum including all surcharges is due.
Compensation will be refunded pro rata, minus the administrative costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the tenant and with the written consent of the landlord for the same period or part of this period.

And ideally situated on the beautiful boulevard and close to the center of Egmond aan Zee. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and terraces, so you won't have to walk far for a snack and a drink.
Getting there
Driving towards Amsterdam via A9.
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight and at the following traffic light, turn right towards Boulevard by the Sea.
