Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, we will refund a portion of the paid money.
During the reservation, guests pay 40% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 60% of the price is paid by the guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer.
For unforeseen cancellations, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Before checkout, the homeowner must personally inspect the house. Once they have confirmed that everything is in order, they will return the €400 deposit to the guests, and then the checkout can be completed.

Das Haus und auch die Außenanlage sind sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Vermieterin, Frau Juricic, ist sehr freundlich, immer zu erreichen, spricht gut deutsch und hat uns auch Tipps bzgl. Strand und Restaurants gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Lidl, etc) sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht, der Strand in ca. 20 Minuten. Wobei der Pool auch gut genutzt werden kann :-) nur zu empfehlen!!!
