During the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you'll find true relaxation at Villa Anamaria! Just a few minutes from the beach, a completely private garden, fully fenced and hidden from all views, features a large swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas. A lounge terrace with a large dining table is just a few steps above the pool.
The interior is fully air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms, with space for up to 8 people. We also have cots available if needed. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both fully equipped. From the upper terrace, you have a magnificent view of the garden.
Just a few minutes away: supermarket, restaurants, and beach. Wi-Fi included. Secure parking in front of the house. Cleaning supplies and disinfectants available.

Villa Anamaria is located in the newly built peaceful village of Kapelica, surrounded by nature. The town of Labin, where supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), a bank, and a gas station are located, is just 3 km away. The beaches in Rabac are 8 km from the house. Villa Anamaria is an excellent starting point for trips around Istria, visiting wine roads, olive groves, and medieval towns.

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024. The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
