The 157 m² suite consists of a spacious living area. The dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen adjoins the 60 m² terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee from your Nespresso machine with a magnificent view of the Lungau mountains. Furthermore, a 25m² conservatory is at your disposal.
The master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, and toilet) is additionally equipped with a flat-screen TV, a single bed, and a furniture safe.
The second bedroom also has a safe and a 40" flat-screen TV mounted on an old wood wall. There is a separate shower room for the 2nd bedroom with a vanity unit with 2 sinks, rain shower, and toilet.
In the house, there is a wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, and relaxation zone, and in each chalet apartment, a bathrobe and sauna towel are provided for each guest. Furthermore, there is a fitness area in the house with a strength station, treadmill, speed bike, and rowing machine. There is also a ski storage with ski boot warmers available for guests.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT AND EARLY DEPARTURE
We have set several deadlines that are relevant for free cancellation or for cancellation options with a cancellation fee:
No later than 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the contract can be dissolved by both parties without any fee.
No later than 2 months before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be unilaterally terminated by either party, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 20% is due.
No later than 1 month before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be unilaterally terminated by either party, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 50% is due.
No later than 1 week before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be unilaterally terminated by either party, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 90% is due.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day and no later arrival time has been agreed upon, the accommodation establishment may withdraw from the contract. An exception exists, however, if the guest has already paid the amount in full. In this case, the rooms remain reserved until no later than 12:00 PM the following day.
The guest must also pay the fee in the event of non-utilization of the services provided by the accommodation establishment. However, the entrepreneur has the obligation to try to rent the accommodation otherwise. A percentage of the fee to be paid by the guest will be deducted, which the accommodation establishment has saved due to non-utilization. We foresee the following percentages with regard to savings:
10% of the room price, etc. These are to be deducted from the agreed fee.
In the event of an early departure by the guest, it is also foreseen that the full agreed price can be demanded. Here too, however, the accommodation establishment has the obligation to try to rent the unused rooms otherwise. The savings that the entrepreneur has made through non-use are also to be deducted, with the above-mentioned percentages being the basis.
