The Auszeitbeach house can be found at the De Keizerskroon holiday park, which is one of the most popular holiday parks in Julianadorp and even in the North of Holland. It is situated in the middle of the beautiful tulip fields and right next to the dunes.
You will find spacious and well-divided premises of 100 square metres. This on a fully fenced meadow property of 440 square metres with trees and bushes that bloom beautifully in spring. This offers plenty of space for sunbathing, playing and for children and dogs to romp around in. On the ground floor, there are 2 shower bathrooms with washbasin and mirror cabinet, hairdryer and illuminated make-up mirror as well as a toilet.
One of the bathrooms is a small wellness oasis with sauna and a very large walk-in rain shower.
The light-flooded living space includes a living room with leather couch and 2 armchairs for 6-7 persons and a modern fireplace for cosy winter or cooler summer days. A 65-inch smart TV offers you the possibility to enjoy German TV programmes and streaming platforms in large format.
The adjoining, open kitchen impresses with its SMEG gas stove with 6 burners and 3 ovens, as well as the SMEG kitchen appliances, which are colour-coordinated with the rest of the furniture. In addition to the filter coffee machine, we also offer a fully automatic coffee maker/espresso machine.
A dinette with room for 8 people is separated by a partition and is surrounded by large windows and a ground-floor sliding glass door front.
An electric awning provides shade from too much sun and at the same time offers protection to the spacious adjacent terrace. On this terrace, you will find a large dining table with 6 chairs and a cosy lounge corner for evenings.
If it gets a little windy, you can use the 2 rollable windbreak walls made of clear glass.
A bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a 55-inch smart TV. There is a small storage room underneath the stairs to the upper floor. Here you will find the washing machine with dryer function, an ironing board with a large shelf for the steam iron, which is also stored here.
On the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 1 box spring bed, each 140 x 200 cm. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning system with remote control.
A small dressing table or desk and a small sitting area for all those who want to let off steam on the Playstation 4 Slim.
Of course, we have chosen a very high standard for you throughout the whole house. Everything, from the couch to the bed linen is of high quality and should make your stay as pleasant as possible.
