Bike & Hike (super e-bike or Mountain bike rental in the Zillertal), climbing for children and adults in 20min. accessible on foot (climbing harnesses can be borrowed directly at the entrance to the children's via ferrata, bouldering, etc.
Ski bus or in summer village bus stop right on the doorstep. Many walking and hiking trails to make from the house, such a large adventure playground with raft, trampoline, maze, fitness equipment for adults and much more ... in 10 min. within walking distance. Via ferratas in summer in 20 min. on foot, cross-country ski runs in front of the door if the snow is right. Good Tyrolean gastronomy within walking distance. Adventure dairy Zillertal in 15 min. on foot. 30 min. walk from Mayrhofen.
